I can not recommend Alex more! I felt I was working with a family member because he cared so much. He has an accounting background which was such a bonus. Definitely a numbers guy and was on top of every detail. We were two emotional women selling our 30 year business. He did a lot of hand holding with us and his calm confident personality made it so much better.

Most importantly, he provided insight and professional opinions on the terms of the agreements. With his help, we were able to procure a new tenant. Alex was very responsive and very professional.
