If I could only give 10 stars instead of 5!!! Honestly, we couldn't have written this any better---not only did he sell in record time, but the house actually SOLD within a week, given the condition that it was in. Still solid enough, mostly cosmetic things ie broken fence, roof needed some work, as well as the front doors but Alex made it work. Also was impressed with his professionalism! Interviewed a handful of other realtors but he was the only one who presented a plan of action, power washed carpets & cleaning services ... read more
