They are very thorough in finding and fixing the issue as well as identifying anything else that could be a potential problem. The prices are very reasonable if not better than other places I have taken my cars. Staff very courteous, and respond in a timely manner. Always has been a great experience for me over the last 3 to 4 years.
I had a great experience with Alex Automotive all because of Matthew. Matthew is very professional, knowledgeable, and delivers excellent customer service. I had to bring my BMW 540i there for some work starting in June. I also went there in August and October for related issues. Different parts were replaced on my coolant system.
