Alex is amazing, my hair always loves me after seeing her!! I usually get the brazillian hair treatment and color and it comes out flawless everytime!
I made an appt with Alex, spoke the day before our appt everything was still confirmed. I messaged her just hours before appt asking about hair and she then canceled. With less than 12 hrs, she asked if we could reschedule for the following week, I responded and I never received a message back.I was really disappointed at how unprofessional this encounter went.
