My encounter with Alex was short and one that I will remember. Upon originally talking to the agent about the office space I was interested in, he was very pushy on a specific space. I mentioned that I’ve looked at a couple other spaces and he asked if I was working with an agent and I did let him know that I I saw spaces with an agent. I have not used Alex for a real estate transaction but I can speak to his character. He conducts himself with high integrity and is very effective with his communication. I am confident that his ability to negotiate will leave his clients very satisfied. His local knowledge of Connecticut is excellent. He would be my first choice for representation in this area.
