When I visited Dr. Ky’s office, I waited a long time but she only spent less than 5 minutes to diagnosis my symptoms. She didn’t explain anything before she did surgery on me. Didn’t follow up with me after surgery. This doctor only want you money. Absolutely horrible! Do yourself favor and don't ever go to this doctor.

I really want to like Dr Ky. She is warm and has a good bedside manner. Appointments are also available at short notice. However, both my appointments with her have been SUPER rushed. She's barely in the room for a few minutes, and doesn't really take the time to answer patient questions. Her staff is left to explain treatment / medication options. Very smart, compassionate & kind. Great staff. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes in her office - & that happened once & she & her staff apologized . Dr. Ky listened & answered all of our questions. Surgery was a success as she had promised.

I was very happily surprised at my visit. DR Ky and staff were all caring, efficient , knowledgeable. I waited only 15 minutes for a squeeze in appt.and was very anxious so pleased at the care i received.

I came to Dr Key with a fissure condition, as well as internal hemorrhoids. The fissure caused tremendous pain and discomfort, lasting ten to twelve hours. Dr Key gave for the fissure condition a cream, and asked me to come back after three to four weeks. From this to point on, I would come to Dr Key every three to four weeks for over a year, and have a banding procedure (this helps with hemorrhoids). instead of treating first fissure which was the primary cause of pain and discomfort , she wou

Dr Ky helped me get a large tumor removed when other physicians cannot. I trust her skills. I was able to have the tumor removed without a stoma bag. I got really lucky to have found her

I previously gave this doctor 2 stars because of her poor bedside manner and uncaring of patients. Now I feel that she deserve less because of her poor surgical skills. She did an ileostomy on my father about 2 years ago and that's when our nightmares began. (Please see the story of my previous review at the end) She told us my father's tumor was not removable and told us to follow-up with the oncologist to see if chemotherapy could shrink the tumor.
