EXCELLENT DOCTOR, PATIENT FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS
This is one of the worst medical offices in the county. Expect long wait times, up to over an hour is the usual. The staff are rude and unprofessional! The doctor has an extremely poor bedside manner and shows no empathy, a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this doctor, as he is sorely lacking in knowledge and professionalism!!!
I have seen Dr. Hsu for several Years and he has always took his time with me , hes always listened to my concerns and took action to help. I never wait long .his staff is very efficent as well. Very Happy , Thank you Dr. Hsu.
Second time in 5 years. 1st time, he prescribed wrong dosage, he doubled the dosage per day; didn't realize until Publix Pharmacist alerted us one month later. 2nd time, he prescribed a new medicine but forgot to remove the old prescription. Taken both medicines for a few months until the nurse called and "blamed" patient's wife for not notice it earlier... Both time no doctor or nurse call to apologize, to explain the mistakes, and talk about the possible side effects for taking too much.
This doctor prescribed a narcotic medicine for insomnia without advising me of the side effects. When I attempted to stop the medication, he abandoned me and would not prescribe or instruct on a step down regimen. Stopping the drug "cold turkey" has left me with severe nerve damage! DO NOT TRUST THIS PHYSICIAN, HE IS A QUACK and a BIGOT!!!
