Alex was by far the best choice I made when looking for a house. The amount of work he did trying to find me exactly what I needed, in such a hard market, was incredible. Every day he would send me new listing and book showings. I always felt like I was a priority for him and he always delivered. In the end, Alex found me exactly what I needed, right where I needed it, and negotiated a phenomenal price. I would highly recommend Alex to any of my friends and will absolutely be using him again in the future.
Alex went to work for us from day 1, from finding every house that matched our criteria, to making sure all repairs and upgrades were made to the property before we bought it, to bargaining with the seller to get us the best price possible. He did not sleep until we closed on the house we wanted at the price we wanted, and he will do the same for you.
The definition of perseverance, in the best way. It took a while, understanding our goals, needs, and limits however still making it happen! So kind and patient. And helpful as can get!
Alex has been an awesome agent to us in regards to us selling our home and to us looking at properties to buy. He is never pushy or is in a rush to have us make a decision. He also makes several suggestions as to possible paths or alternative avenues to take. Alex is patient and understanding and we thank him for that as my wife is very picky about what she likes and does not like. We will definitely be continuing to use Alex Kingston for our future purchasing needs.
