We had a terrific, wonderful experience with Alex. He takes the time to explain everything through the selling process and buying process. We absolutely love working with him and did both of our transactions, the sale of our house and buying a new home, with him. Alex went to work for us from day 1, from finding every house that matched our criteria, to making sure all repairs and upgrades were made to the property before we bought it, to bargaining with the seller to get us the best price possible. He did not sleep until we closed on the house we wanted at the price we wanted, and he will do the same for you.
The definition of perseverance, in the best way. It took a while, understanding our goals, needs, and limits however still making it happen! So kind and patient. And helpful as can get!
