I’m so used to being let down by doctors I honestly was expecting bare minimum. I was just seen 11am 12/23/24 and I was blown away by Dr Jenks. Excellent bedside manner. Lets his patient talk but also takes control of the visit like a doc should. Gave me options, reassured me, let me feel like I had a say, was frank about diagnosis and treatment. I'd give them a 4.5 but can't give a 5 because that would indicate no room for improvement. Great doc. Great staff. Unfortunately, I have many, many interaction with various members of the medical profession so these statements are based on a lot of comparisons.
Dr.Jenks took great care of me. He was very patient with my wife and I. When i had to have surgery my wife was very upset and scared and Dr. Jenks really helped her through that. I would recommend Dr. Jenks. I am back to living a great life with my wife.
Yet another update: It's been a week since I posted this review and still the billing office refers me to the local office for the refund to be initiated. Again - DO NOT OVERPAY THESE PEOPLE! Update: There is a claim of terrible miscommunication from the "owner", let me share that experience and just how deliberate that miscommunication is, which makes perfect sense given the equity firm that owns this business is leeching as much of a return from it as it can. I expect them to shortly liquidate and burn the collected practi... read more
