First, everything was on time and unlike some other practices I've been to, the information from the on-line registration was actually in their system! I didn't have to do it again when I got there. First time seeing Dr. Ferikes - he seemed genuinely interested in my situation, spent reasonable time with me. He explained everything so I could understand and didn't sugar coat potential recovery.
This was my first visit with Dr. Series. He let me talk and explain the pain I was experiencing with my rotator cuff. We decided on a mutual plan of treatment. Wonderful bedside manner, kind, understanding, professional, and engaging 10+ recommendation for him and his staff.
