Alex was responsive and quick to act. He told me exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He did not try to over sell me on unnecessary items. He told me my system is older and suggested I replace it in a few years. But it was still working and there is no need to replace it at this time. I definitely trust this company.
Yet another great experience. Alex replaced our hot water heater and Alex, his son and other team member were so professional and thorough. They even discovered that my sunk pump was not wotkung which could have been a disaster when it rained next. Thank you Alex. What a refreshing experience. An AC company that can be trusted.
