Very disappointing experience. We had a service appointment scheduled, but no one showed up and we never received a call or message to let us know they were canceling or needed to reschedule. We called to find out what was happening and were told someone would call us back, so we waited, but no one ever did. I understand that schedules can change and unexpected things happen, but there is really no excuse for not communicating with a customer who has been waiting for a scheduled service. Having been previously satisfied with a central air & furnace install in Dale City, I booked online an appointment with Alex Hvac Service to evaluate a leaking old water heater. Junior prepared a detailed estimate for replacement working into the evening and came out promptly. It needed extra work and parts to satisfy current code for safety including replacing flooring to properly support the new water heater. The utility room was left very tidy and the water heater works great. Thank you Alex Hvac!
We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we encountered along the way was wonderful to work with. Miguel and Ramiro were awesome on install day and left us very happy with our new system.
