Alex came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was receptive to my wife and I’s requirements for a new house. Alex was very quick to respond to texts and calls for showings. This led to us seeing houses that we wanted quickly and choosing the right one without hassle. After our house was mud we contract, Alex continued to support us with any questions we had and making sure we stayed on track. Working with Alex was so easy, a super great experiance! We signed with him before we were completely ready to buy. He did not put any pressure on us, just shared properties until we were ready and excited to tour. Alex helped us purchase a house in Portland while we were selling our house in MN. From the very first call he was always available. Our home sale in MN was difficult but with Alex everything went butter smooth. He walked us through every step and never missed anything important. He was especially adept at writing an offer that would get us the house without paying too much. Best of all, Alex was funny and charming and he really cared that we had a good experience with him.
