I was referred from another doctor who we knew in common. Previously I had been seeing a doctor who was unprofessional, who scared and intimidated me. From the beginning, Dr Horowitz was kind, empathetic, caring, and a good listener. He is an expert in regulating and understanding medicines for my disabilities. There is no one better!
Very attentive, I felt that he listened to me instead of demanding that I do something.Overall the best psychiatrist I have ever been to. Plan on staying with him as long as I need.
