Christy Lerma has been so helpful with my auto and renters insurance. As a young adult rates can be so high but with her guidance she has helped me determine what I need as well as making sure I was protected for a reasonable price. I appreciate her knowledge and her expertise.
I loved that you get a person answering the phones instead of an automated message. Christy was very helpful, prompt in returning calls, worked with me to get me all the information and was very clear on everything. The customer service is great and that says a great deal in this day and time— when so many places are losing that personal touch.
