Good luck getting them to call you back. I was a client for years and I had to leave multiple messages, most of which went unanswered. Then, when you do get a hold of someone, they rarely can fully answer your questions. I was frequently told “I’ll get back to you”. Guess what…they don’t. Very poor customer service. Not sure what all that money I paid is going to because it obviously wasn’t towards labor.
