Trying to relocate and find a home is a difficult process, especially in today’s real estate market. James did a great job. He made local recommendations, did virtual tours, was willing to point out negatives as well as positives, and he helped advise us on negotiations. During the whole process, he listened to our wants and needs, made recommendations, but still let us make our own decisions.
Having a real estate agent who knows the area is important. James was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and what to look for when evaluating a house. He is also friendly and helpful.
James was great in the process of finding our new home. He took the time to listen to our wants and made himself available any time for a showing. When it came down to negotiating as we were one of three offers, he made suggestions that would make us more appealing while also not going overboard. He and his team were on top of answering any questions we had during the closing process and they were always communicating with us even after the closing. All around a stellar agent.
