They cancelled my order without reason and only gave a partial refund. I got nothing at all and they still pocketed money. Crooks. Literally thieving business. Do NOT spend any type of money here.
I placed an order for a funeral. It was casket flowers and a spray of flowers over $400. It showed I received confirmation my order was received. Thank goodness I checked my email the next day because my order was cancelled and a refund was processed . I DID NOT receive a phone call letting me know. This is very bad business especially for this kind of occasion. Can you imagine showing up to your loved ones viewing just finding out flowers weren’t delivered? I tried to call several times only to go to voicemail.
Not sure why they don’t answer their phone or return emails
Ordered an arrangement and a substandard arrangement was delivered. Called to get the proper order delivered the next day and it didn't happen. Just called again and they said they will do it tomorrow. Don't use this company they are completely inept and use offshore customer service.
