I’ve worked with Alex over a couple of months. He’s very sweet and thoughtful. He keeps me updated about the car I drive and even gives me pointers after the fixes about WHY it was broken. If I had to choose between another repair shop and here, I’d go here, 100%. Super reliable, super informative and willing to communicate.
Highly recommend! Had some work done on my car! Unbelievable low prices, on both parts and labor! Work was done in a timely manner, was complete in the time frame I was giving! Communication was great as well bilingual. I did some shopping around, to see if I could find better deals, no couldn't even find anyone to match. No more 2nd thoughts here, will be my go to shop for now on. Definitely send my friends and family to Alex shop.
I had a frustrating experience here due to poor communication and inconsistent pricing. I was initially given a quote for work on my Honda, but the price later increased without a clear explanation. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly follow up for updates and often didn’t receive clear answers. Alex is amazing. He worked on my radiator. Very honest pricing. Explained every step of the repair. Even invited me into his shop and gave me a mini apprenticeship as he fixed my car. Will be doing all my repairs here!
Did an amazing job on my 2015 BMW‼️ replaced radiator, upper radiator hose and thermostat. Fair pricing. Friendly as well. Great mechanic, quality work will be back for other issues later Update: my vehicle is still leaking antifreeze (original issue) took it back and was told I needed another hose replaced another$145, it’s still leaking (blue antifreeze is very noticeable) Good guy but maybe BMW isn’t his thing
