I had a great experience with Performance Health Clinic in Rochester. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to listen instead of rushing you through appointments. They did a thorough evaluation and explained everything in a way that made sense, which made me feel confident in the treatment plan. The environment is clean, organized, and focused on real recovery—not just quick fixes. If you're dealing with pain, injury, or mobility issues, I’d definitely recommend giving them a visit.
Dr. Alex is just as good a chiropractor as he is a person. I leave every appointment feeling more relief from back pain than I do coming in.
