I don’t usually write reviews, but I really want to recommend Alex as a therapist. He’s compassionate and easy to talk to, but also knows when to challenge you in a good way. No fluff, no judgment. Just a grounded, thoughtful approach that actually helps. If you’re new to therapy or just want someone who gets it, Alex is the real deal.
I saw Alex for EMDR therapy after a serious car accident, and he really helped me work through the trauma. I was terrified of driving again, especially on LA freeways, but he helped me get back behind the wheel, which my commute requires. If you're looking for EMDR in Los Angeles, I highly recommend him.
We worked with Alex for help with our teen, who was having trouble at school. This has caused a lot of tension and arguments in our home. My husband and I were at our wit's end with what to do. We each met with Alex individually, as well as a family, and he has helped us all tremendously.
