First session was fine. We were ghosted on the second and third appointment. He never called. He said that he was in a car accident and his phone was towed away with the car. Next excuse was his family had Covid. We did not hear back until the next day after my son waited three hours. My son has never trusted a therapist, so he was giving this a try. Completely ghosted my husband after it took him courage to take the first steps in seeking therapy. Alex didn’t show up for an appointment and my husband reached out to him several times. No response. This is reckless behavior of someone who is providing mental healthcare.
Canceled our appointment saying his wife was in labor and never followed up on availability or anything like he said he would. Absolutely would not recommend going to him if you actually want help. Only go to him if you want to waste your time.
