If I could give this place 0 stars I would quite literally . The women working there are very disrespectful . There were over 5 women in the back and none of them were working they were on their phones and ignoring the fact there was a line of over ten people . Multiple people were there for pre-orders and they MESSED UP their jewelry they ordered to get made , the women are feeling themselves and all have nasty attitudes . Listennn I regret buying here. Customer service is A1 up until you give them your money. Then it’s a reply every 1 to 2 hours and on top of it all it’s all false advertising. I wish I would have looked up the google reviews before buying anything from them. According to the post the jewelry was supposed to get to my home in less than 24 hours and now it’s taking TWO DAYS.
