Listennn I regret buying here. Customer service is A1 up until you give them your money. Then it’s a reply every 1 to 2 hours and on top of it all it’s all false advertising. I wish I would have looked up the google reviews before buying anything from them. According to the post the jewelry was supposed to get to my home in less than 24 hours and now it’s taking TWO DAYS. This location and any Alex Diamond location is a damn scam. They be robbing people. They opened two financing account and didn’t care to explain to me while doing it on the phone with them. They were rushing to sell they don’t care about customer service. Once I spoke to one of the two finance spots they told me they not suppose to open two for one jewelry that they suppose to know that.
