Alex was amazing! We felt so at ease and cared for. As a first time home buyer there was a lot to learn but Alex made sure we were informed the entire way. We also had a tight timeline and he made time for viewings at the drop of a hat. Responsiveness and communication were outstanding. Alex and his wife Amanda are a superstar team. They sold my townhome during an extremely tough market, keeping me apprised of the conditions and ensuring I was fully aware of all factors in the recommendations on pricing, marketing, contracting, and truly all aspects of the sales process. They came exceptionally highly recommended and exceeded every wildest expectation, guiding me through a challenged market while ensuring I was happy with my sale.
