Great group of employees. Knowledgeable and work well with the clients.
Hired them to design foundation, slab and floor joist layout for a 60x40 steel building that has a walk-out basement. I placed my deposit march 23rd. As of the day i'm writing this, i've only received a drawing of a 60x40 rectangular foundation with walls that were too thin to place the steel building's mounting plates on. The only time i've received any communication from them is when they wanted me to place a deposit and after i stopped by asking for an update. Lead time for the project was claimed to be 1-2 weeks.
