Alex Bivens is personable, a great listener, and empathic. Her demeanor and enthusiasm is well-received.
Alex treated me with respect. She listened to my description of symptoms and asked questions to clarify what I was telling her. I felt extremely comfortable with her. She went out of her way to schedule an appointment for me with my cardiologist. So often, older people feel that they and their symptoms are being dismissed simply because of their age. This certainly wasn’t the case here and I would not hesitate to see her again.
