Dr. Berest is the finest dentist I have ever known. I have been a patient since 2007, and have had a number of procedures done in his office in addition to regular check-ups, cleaning, etc. Visiting the dentist has always caused anxiety, but I actually enjoy seeing Dr. Berest. Besides being a terrific Dentist he's a great person. His staff, Noel and Marlena, are incredibly kind and professional. Seeing and talking with them make the experience fun. Highly recommend!!
Our experience with Dr. Berest begins at the reception desk. A very wide, open counter with a bright smiling face that belongs to Noel. Noel is the first contact you have and she immediately puts you at ease. She is extremely efficient and at the same time warm, friendly, and personally greets you by your first name. I've been going to Dr. Berest for a little over 8 years. Generally, I see him for a 6 month cleaning and checkup. Occasionally need some additional work. Always seen on time. This past weekend, I broke a tooth. Called to the office 1st thing Monday morning and was able to get in for a visit late morning that same day. Was given and intermediate fix to get me by until the a crown came in. A few years ago, my insurance switched to an HMO plan the doctor wasn't on.
