I used to take my Benz here. It was great service in the Johns Creek area, but in the last couple of years, I think, the owner/partner or the Mechanics changed. If they see an old Mercedes, they tend to say, We have no parts or We cannot fix it. Maybe they expect to sell the car to them, and they can fix it and sell it themselves. I have seen old cars in a lot for sale.
I previously left a 1 star review. There was a terrible misunderstanding. However after speaking with Alex the owner I’m more than satisfied with the services and level of professionalism that was displayed. I’ve been a client of his for 3 years and I’ll continue to come to Alex Automotive. Simply the best thank you Alex.
