I live in Upland and this place was recommended to me by my co workers, long story short call the place they said they would be able to swap out the lower control arm bushings on a 1994 Nissan pathfinder we both agree and I have my car towed all the way from Upland to Garden Grove, car arrives and stays the weekend and come today they tell me they cannot work on it and thats it, no apology, no reimbursement for the long tow though they are not obligated to, but I think that shows you how these people care. Got an oil change, but the guy literally forgot to close the cap. Ruined my engine 💀
The mechanic I talked to didn't even gave me an estimate on fixing my car, just took a look talked to his partners in their language and told me to go buy a part at the dealer but did not even said which one even when I asked him and told him I was gonna pay him to do that or tell me what part.
