I believe the representative's name is Crystal... AWESOME! Not only was she nice & helpful, but she got me from 1 bracelet that I asked her to hold for me, to walking out with an additional 5. Great salesperson. These 5 stars are for her. She helped me prepare for this year's Mother's Day. Thank you Crystal.
For my birthday this past December 2022, my daughter spent little over 100 dollars on 2 solid and one flimsy bracelet (all silver with charms). They throwed in a long string necklace "for free". After one week of use the necklace went from silver to a dingy rusty silver color. My bracelets now have started to show this dingy tint on them and the charms already are all now 2 colors silver and faded fake coating. The quality of the metal isn't worth $100.
