Two days before Christmas and you lock your doors because you are too crowded - really? After telling an employee through the crack in the door I was just picking up 4 brackets on hold - I was asked to wait outside 10-15 minutes. I have a picture of how “crowded” the store was if you are interested.....And people wonder why there are so many retailers in trouble!

Just there shopping on Black Friday and I had my 1 year old with me in a stroller. I picked out my items very quickly with a nice employee. Then I was directed to the line to pay and pick up my items. First off, the line was NOT stroller friendly but was helped out by the lovely customers behind to navigate stroller (a small graco stroller). Store is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help!
My first time there was today ! I had such a fun time with a terrific gal, Kelly who helped me with knowledge , patience, and true having the love for helping me find all the purchases filling my needs, as if she actually knew me for years. The store itself gave me the feeling of a kid in a candy store , but also an atmosphere of real good vibrations of people finding themselves , and I was one of them ! Thank You !
