The flower arrangement was ugly, and worst of all, the stems were bent. They even used tape to straighten them, clearly trying to deceive customers.
I really appreciate having even A more spectacular bouquet delivered after I informed them that a few of the flowers had wilted so quickly, they were apologetic and immediately resent I know my sons would want me to have a beautiful Mother’s Day bouquet. Thank you again.
