I've attended a number of workshops Aleta has hosted and she has an incredible gift for creating safe, welcoming spaces for women.
I worked with Aleta for a long time and she was incredibly impactful in helping me navigate recurring challenges and negative beliefs. Her ability to listen and ask thoughtful questions has left a lasting impression, and I often refer patients to her professionally now.
