This is my second favorite Alessios store just because of the food variety that they have. Food is sometimes inconsistent with tasting good. Customer service is weird sometimes , there’s a few workers there That are very kind and love catering to their customers and then the rest Seem like they hate Working. Ordered the Sinatra. Honestly it was not good at all. There was too much Mayo, mozz was cold, and one piece of bacon. I ordered a salted honey latte and was given a Carmel latte with a ton of pumps, basically sugar overload. The staff seemed irritated by me telling them it wasn’t the right order. Look I get some days are better than others but I probably won’t be ordering again. Gave a 3 star because it was a cute quick park visit spot. Good facility. Clean.

I like this place (although expensive) but I have found the food to be not well prepared especially cooked dishes like the cutlets. They are often hard and overcooked often. Coffee is great, just the quality of meals is a bit disappointing

Ordered pizzas to pick up at 10:45 for a party. at 11:30 Iwas still waiting to get them and, understandably, my wife was upset and kids were hungry and screaming. The only reason why I don’t give it one star is because it gave me half an hour of peace drinking a coffee while waiting.
