Dr. Roehnelt is a life saver! I’ve had diabetes for 21 years now and have never been in better health with her- I’ve never had better blood sugars or A1Cs! She truly listens to all concerns and exhausts every option possible to help you as the patient. I’ve never felt more comfortable, seen and heard than I do with her!
Where do I begin. I have been a patient of Dr. Roehnelt for almost three years and I have only been able to see her once. Why? Because every time I make an appointment (which is always many months away), the office calls me and says they have to reschedule my appointment because "the doctor won't be in the office that day." This has happened EVERY single time I have made an appointment. The staff is horrible and I’m disappointed in the Dr. I see/saw this Dr twice a year for routine thyroid maintenance. Their location is pretty well hidden. You need to look for it and it’s not visible from the road. I arrived 10 mins late for my appt because the Uber couldn’t figure out where to drop me off and I scrambled around on foot trying to find my way to the building. I reluctantly took an appointment for 4 months in the future thinking she must be an expert and that I could finally get some help with my issue. Instead, three months later, I told they would have to reschedule me to an "earlier appointment" two months later. When I asked how that is "earlier," the nurse just stammered for 5 seconds. This practice is a joke for leaving me waiting with a potentially serious issue and pushing me back even more. I guess it's time to find someone who can actually help..
