I went to the Office in Moreno Valley. Dr prescribed medication, my insurance needed a prior authorization. I called the clinic every day for a week. They said they had sent it and were waiting on insurance to respond. I called my insurance and they told me they never got the P.A. I called the clinic and they said they sent it. After letting them know I had called my insurance, they said, “Oh, sorry, it’s because they haven’t gotten to it yet!” Then they told me my insurance didn’t cover it and I had to pay out of pocket.
