RecommendedNo cravings.I feel satisfied after each "small" portion. Water is going good. A few headaches and not enough sleep but I believe ALL will be regulated as I continue on. Its only Day 3 for me. Excited! FEEL SO EXCITED! I remember last week I was in such a state of despair, depressed, my hopes dashed. My Spirit though would not let me fall completely into the pit of 'quit'...I reached out to Alesia Morris Dick and she questioned me completely...thankful she answered, was there in my time of need. Perfect Timing!! \o/
