Built our home 7 years ago with Alesci. When we asked for changes we got push back and since it was our first home we let them talk us out of things we wanted, regret that, because we would have liked those changes but "it would be more work for them." Then we had water come in the basement and they did a crappy job patching it up. Now we have water coming in through their crappy patchwork.
