I’ve been coming to this clinic for over two years, including when it was at its previous location. Back then, I was a patient of the pain specialist, Dr. Darren Freeman, who was an exceptional doctor. When he left, I thought it would be very difficult to find another doctor like him, since it’s not easy to find someone who truly understands you. It was a very sad time for me. Read if you want an honest opinion……I’ve been a patient with Alertive health for the past 4 years but Dr Freeman was my doctor. Love love love him. Unfortunately he left the practice to follow his dreams and I criedddddd. He really listened and cared he became family. But I still need pain management. I had to find a new doctor so I gave Dr Kajbaf or Dr K a chance and WOWWWWWW. Before he opened his mouth and spoke to me I could feel his warmth. this is a joke not a clinic ! I have seen a doctor and i was told i will get an referral for MRI , within two days , its been 4 weeks and i cant get it and I'm calling everyday and speaking to staff and they have no idea what is going on , the lady is telling me that i have follow up visit in couple of days but she doesn't understand that the follow up is for the MRI scan witch i still have not get a referral for . Don't waste your time its seems to be scam
Very friendly and professional staff. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I would highly recommend Alertive Healthcare.
They do not answer the phone, they have an answering service and can't do anything other than "let the office know" I have been waiting on a medication refill for over a month, the male who answers doesn't know what he's doing and the female always has a dog barking in the background. The office aesthetic is nice but put more money into training and retaining staff over decor.
