I wish I could leave no stars. First, the staff is dismissive when asked for support with loading and unloading. Denton is rude every time I call or email. Todd is the only gem in the entire building. Bottom line, if you’re a small business owner they don’t care about supporting you in their warehouse. Understaffed and never answer their phone then they blame you for calling at all. Do not store here.
Nice enough people working here and relatively fast loading/unloading. Here's a few tips for drivers 1.Don't go north on breedlove from Chelsea. Take Danny Thomas to Firestone to Breedove, that way you won't have to blind side off the street. (With a lot of pedestrian traffic) 2. You have to back up wooden planks so it's best to slide tandems to the rear and tie mud flaps up with rope or bungees to keep them from getting ripped off. (Alot of mud flaps have been lost here) 3.
