We had alert tech for 5 years. Got a letter in the mail last year that my card was about to expire and to send the new card info. I don’t like sending my card info in the mail. Called a few times to talk to Stephanie but was out to lunch or not there and forgot all about it. A year later got a bill in the mail last month for a huge outstanding bill tried calling back to talk to her about it still no answer.
