I was lied to from day one was repoded due to American Car Center American Financial and told it would be held there in Jonesboro Arkansas have been calling lady told me I would receive a letter stating where and when car auction but vehicle was immediately take not held 30 days got no notice 10 days before car auction and NOTHING BUT LIES I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOONE AT ALL EVERYTHING ALL PPL INCLUDING WESTLAKE PORTFOLIO AMERICAN FINANCIAL AMERICAN CAR CENTER IS A LIE BUT IN THE END WE SHALL PREVAL AS ONE

This company repossessed my daughters car which they had the right to do but when they were there to get the car the tow truck driver dropped the tow bar on my daughter's foot and refused to move it. He claimed it never happened but it was caught on the back up cameras. When she called the company about it they denied this happened even thought it was on camera and she had the pictures of her bruised foot. I went to pick up my daughter's car because its in my name. We i got there I was told to sign a piece of paper stating that I reviewed the vehicle and release them from any damages. The young lady said i need you to sign, I told her that I i didn't see the vehicle and wasn't going to sign until I did. I was told that I could not go on the lot to view my vehicle. They came to repossess my vehicle, which was a mix up with my finance company. I realize that wasn't their fault. However, when I went to get the things out of my car, the tow driver grabbed my arms and pushed me away from my car. I filed a police report and will NEVER use this company EVER!
