Please do not live here. The main office is dishonest, will charge you for extra maintenance when they do nothing, and will try to keep your rental deposit. I lived in an Alert Realty apartment for two years. The carpet was never cleaned before I moved in, the walls were not painted, there were crayon marks on the windowsills, and the oven was greasy. Do not do business with alert realty! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Submitted application was told it took up to 5 days to process called back after 5 days was told they were verifying employment still. They never contacted my work. Left messages didn't return my call finally called me back almost 3 weeks later to tell me the property was no longer available. If your thinking about submitting an application and paying the $25. You may as well, light your money on fire. not worth your time or money... read more
