Called 3 times, left a voicemail each time over 2 weeks time (no holidays) and haven’t gotten a call back now 1 week after that last call. I called another company and got a call back immediately. I’m not sure why I never got a response, but not even a call back even if it’s just to say they can’t do a job would’ve been appreciated.
Troy’s response to our call was fast and he took care of the issue same day. We will be keeping his number for future calls.

We’ve had issues with lots of spiders at our place and we had an exterminator prior to him come and spray but it didn’t work then I called Alert Pest Control and they came the next day and took care of everything! Haven’t seen a spider since! Amazing service and WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Prompt response and great customer service. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure my property was protected!
