I smelled a foul odor coming from my heater vents in my living room and heater was not on. Suffices to say I called Alert Pest Control & got on the schedule in a timely fashion to have someone come out to get under my house through my crawl space. I heard noises in my attic, so I called Alert Pest Control. They came out on the same day that I called them. That was impressive cause I could not sleep another night with all that noise. So the technician did a through inspection in the interior of my home. he found rat drooping in my attic so he set up rat traps. That night I heard the rats again, but not as much. Rude over the phone - I called to get a fee quote. Initially he was friendly but as I started to ask questions, he became irritated. For example, I asked him what type of traps they used for mice and he said snap trap and glue pads. I asked if we could just use snap traps because I don't want to deal with a live mouse on a glue pad and he was very arrogant to say that I have to let him do his job if not there is no guaranteed. I live in San Francisco and I called Alert and they were able to send someone out the same day. The caught 8 rats in my home. After they caught all the rats they did a rodent prooffed my home. I have not had another rat problem since ALERT took care of my home. The office staff are very plesent to deal with. They were able to work around my schedule. Thank You Alert Pest Control.
