Greg Lawless completed a home inspection for our property in Venice, Fl. He was extremely thorough and alerted us to several items which we hadn’t noticed. Greg took the time to explain various features of the home including how to use the sprinkler system, pool and spa, and storm shutters. Got my home inspection with these people. A year later I’ve had to do over $15k in repairs. They didn’t notice huge problems with the roof leaking causing water damage and huge problems with the plumbing having to replace the whole thing. As a first time home buyer I was depending on these people to help me see problems. All they noticed was the stove got too hot
