Greg Lawless completed a home inspection for our property in Venice, Fl. He was extremely thorough and alerted us to several items which we hadn’t noticed. Got my home inspection with these people. A year later I’ve had to do over $15k in repairs. They didn’t notice huge problems with the roof leaking causing water damage and huge problems with the plumbing having to replace the whole thing. As a first time home buyer I was depending on these people to help me see problems. All they noticed was the stove got too hot
