Friendly staff, decent pricing and great service. 24 hour monitoring is excellent.
We have alert alarm for our security alarm at work. Service calls have had quick turnaround.
If you read my initial review above you’ll see that the owner took time to comment that I was never a customer. I am attaching a photo of evidence that I was a paying customer. Perhaps the owner can spend more time being a professional business person and less time trying to disprove negative client experiences by calling his/her customers liars
I pre paid a year of annual security services in September of 2019. Only given a choice to pay annually. Over $400 paid. I sold my house November 18 2019, and have a different security system at the new place. I asked for a refund since I prepaid a year in advance. They gave me the run around and refused to refund my monies. I understand there's a non refundable deposit, but beyond that I'm still owed money back. ADT is more reasonable than this.
