My father lives at Chilton and has had a bedbug problem for months. They come and spray, but whatever they are using is not working anymore it just gets them stirred up. I suggest using a different BES BUG spray because they are building an immunity to it now.

Travis from Alert #1 has been servicing our building / facility for many years now. He has always done an outstanding job for us. Ryan sprayed our home on April 20th and is always friendly, courteous and professional. He was unable to spray the outside that day due to rain. So Justin was sent on May 13th to complete the service. Even though he wasn't scheduled to spray indoors, he was happy to re-treat my home due to a re-infestation of ants. He then sprayed outside to include my out buildings. Ryan, Justin and Donnie have all treated our home in the past and we very pleased with the service we have received. We highly reccomend Alert #1.

They make appointment with out letting you know. They should call and let us make it when we are available,. They don’t let you know your appointment time close to that time, so if you can’t be there, they want to make it far in the future. The girl in the office was very rude and kept talking over me. We were overdue and were seeing bugs . She would not schedule a guy to bring a ant box out. Takes very little time. Other people were very nice and accommodating. She does not belong in this office. We have used alert 1 for nearly 30 years! They have always been trustworthy and honest, I have no problems and have used them for rentals and personal homes. What a great value! Alex is very professional and a great communicator. So thankful to have them!
