I was just a bit late, about 5 minutes. Totally my fault. I did apologize and they were very nice about my late arrival. Got my infusion, easy and pain free as always and went on my way.
The male nurse I had for my infusion was very informative and kept me apprised of what I should expect with every phase of the process. He was also personable and friendly, which, being a first time patient, helped me to relax.
