Robin was great. I did even feel anything and only realized that shot is done when she moved away. She is very friendly and provides excellent care.
This was my first time using AleraCare. They were very thorough in contacting both of my insurances to verify that everything was going to be covered before they set up an appointment for me. They were very accommodating in getting me an appointment in a very short time and followed up with a reminder.
