Showed up at schedule time she told me there’s two people in front of me, and asked if it was okay for her coworker to do my nails, I said yes that’s fine. She told the old man next to her to do my nails. He filed my cuticles and the skin at my fingertips to the point they were all bleeding but he didn’t care just kept on going. No point in making an appt alene makes the appt for you and sends someone else to do your nails , did not like them
