Dr Cabrera is a terrific chiropractor and massage therapist. I had such severe neck pain and couldn't turn my head or fully use my arm. On the first visit I received significant relief of my pain and within a few visits I was almost back to normal. She is a dedicated practitioner and a truly wonderful person. So glad she is practicing in Palm Coast.
